E-Tone COMMUNICATIONS is a registered U.S. East Coast, to Mid-Northwestern states Importer/Wholesaler company and the Canadian agent focusing on marketing E-Tone products and service, especially the SIP/P2P alternative phones.

E-Tone products are the Internet worldwide dialing devices which are based on Secomity's Internet communication technologies and their in-house developed chips.  These dialers are manufactured in China (O.E.M.) for E-Tone. Secomity is also responsible for managing the communications using this alternative to conventional phones and for managing the operations of the worldwide servers.  E-Tone has successfully won a large number of users in North America, Europe, China and throughout worldwide countries.

SIP and P2P protocols are attracting more and more users by enabling free, convenient and high-quality Internet voice communication. These technologies have been prevailing since the U.S. FCC ruled in November 2004 that Skype won the case of multiple telecom monsters verses Skype. FCC stated in its rule that the global telecom highways have become public property and it should not be the case that a small number of telecom firms should benefit from this property in a monopoly manner. Further more, if users have already paid for using the broadband connection, for no reason they should not be allowed to make Internet calls on the same broadband connection.

Currently there are three types of VoIP application. The first type use H .323 protocol, represented by various kinds of calling cards. This technology requires two VoIP servers on both initiating side and receiving side, and the initiating server converts the voice data into VoIP data packs and send them to the receiving server through the Internet. The receiving server is then connecting the local telephone exchange and ringing a local telephone. Apparently the local lines have limited capacity and if the traffic is too high, they are jammed. This has been one of the most serious problems in calling card calls, especially during holidays and even weekend callings.

The second type is based on the SIP technology. This is converting the calling side voice into VoIP data packs with a SIP label, and then send them to the communication channels of the receiving telephone exchange, making a local dialing. This type can avoid the jamming problem.

The third type is based on P2P technology. It works similar to SIP but it features transferring vast quantity of multimedia contents over the Internet, voice being merely one kind of these contents. Since most of telephone exchange channels do not fully support P2P,  the voice quality is not as good as SIP ĄŁ

Based on the rationale above, we are doing out best to provide our customers with the most suitable services by using telephone and mobile phone servers as our mediation channels. This guaranties the quality of voice calls.

In addition to the best technology, we provide safe and quick delivery, and our objective is the quality and simplicity, and reliability of our products. You simply pick up and dial, and we take care of he technology.
